RE-ENERGIZING JACKSONVILLE LUXURY APARTMENTS WITH A NEW ADDITION AT ETown.

THE PROJECT: Catalyst Development Partners broke ground in November 2021 to build a new 337-unit, 6 building, Class AA apartment community within eTown, a highly desirable master development, located just off I-295 / Exit 9B at 11391 Square Street; Jacksonville, Florida 32256.

THE CATALYST: With tremendous success of developing The Menlo, Catalyst designed a second luxury multi-family project within eTown to capitalize upon best practices of the first development and to bring even more tech-forward amenities to the new community. The name VOLTA was inspired based on the contributions of inventor Alessandro Volta, who is credited with developing the battery. Parallel to building a brand for The Menlo that was associative of energy and electricity, Volta maintains a comparable and powerful connection to what establishes the master development of eTown as a premier location to live in Southside Jacksonville.

Volta offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 771 to 1,189 square feet. Apartment finishes include: gourmet kitchens with table-sized islands, granite counters, subway tile backsplashes, wood-inspired plank flooring, stainless steel appliance package, contemporary lighting, walk-in showers, spacious closets, full-size washers and dryers, plus balconies and outdoor patios to maximize views from most units. All Volta units feature Smart Home technology including Samsung Smart Home Hub which is pre-installed in every unit and wirelessly connects to thermostat, lighting controls, and electronic door locks -- system is also compatible/expandable with Amazon Alexa + 1000s of wireless products. Plus, sophisticated controlled access system provides keyless access to resident buildings and common areas to open doors and gates from any smartphone. As yet another tech-forward amenity, electric vehicle charging stations will be available to Volta residents.

RESULTS: Catalyst Development Partners broke ground in November 2021 and began pre-leasing in March 2023. First resident move-ins commenced May 2023.
