THE PROJECT: In April 2012, Catalyst acquired Six Forks Station Apartments, a premier 321-unit apartment community located in Raleigh, NC. Desirably located, with direct access to two major highways (I-540 and I-440), Six Forks Station provides great proximity to restaurants, shopping, movies, nightlife, Whole Foods and prime businesses. Six Forks Station offers the following amenities to its residents: spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floor plans, 2 pools on property - expansive lap pool and spa pool with waterfall, 24-hour fitness center, two tennis courts, basketball court/all sports court, two playgrounds, and professional on-site management team.
THE CATALYST: The property underwent a number of revenue-enhancing renovations in 2012-2013, totaling $2.5 million.
THE RESULTS: Catalyst Development Partners sold Six Forks Station in October 2014.
