Perla: New Luxury Apartments in Panama City Beach

Introducing the Pearl of Multifamily Living in PCB

THE PROJECT: In December 2022, Catalyst Development Partners broke ground on a new, 336-unit, Class A three story garden style apartment community located just off Front Beach Road at Wilkinson Avenue, in the heart of fast-growing Panama City Beach/30A MSA. This 25-acre site is roughly 5-10 minutes from water in either direction. Residents will readily benefit from easy access of crossing the Hathaway Bridge over the Grand Lagoon to the Panama City Port and will be with minutes from beach front activity along the Emerald Coast associated with 30A.

THE CATALYST: With increased multifamily demand in PCB, Catalyst custom designed this product to meet the growing needs of rental population in the area. When naming this Panama City Beach project, proximity to the Emerald Coast/30A as well as Port of PCB/Naval Base served as inspiration to capitalize on this gem of a market, identifying Perla as the Pearl of the Emerald Coast.

Perla will offer one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 701 to 1,334 square feet of living space, with smart home technology features. Interior finishes include gourmet kitchens with granite counters, table-sized islands, stainless steel appliances, wood-grain flooring, walk-in showers and spacious closets. Each home includes full-size washers and dryers and all units feature patios or balconies.

The community will offer residents high-end amenities, including a 24-hour Fitness Club with interactive cardio equipment and high intensity interval training (HIIT) equipment; comfortable co-working spaces for collaborative meetings; community-wide WiFi and a grand clubhouse. Outdoor resident amenities feature a gorgeous resort style pool; Summer kitchen with gas grill stations, pub-style dining areas; semi-private cabanas with garden daybeds; and outdoor entertainment retreats. As a pet-friendly community, Perla will include a full service dog-spa and an enclosed dog park.

PROJECTED RESULTS: Located at 2195 Wilkinson Avenue; Panama City Beach, FL 32408, Perla is located just off Front Beach Road, within close proximity to the shoreline of 30A as well as SR98 Panama City Parkway. Perla is scheduled to begin pre-leasing in March 2024 with first resident move-ins anticipated in Spring 2024.
